This is freaking awesome! A warrior cheats death and losses
his arms only to become a successful recipient to new arms. I can’t imagine losing
my arms, then getting them back. My hat goes off to this warrior and all like
him battling through these challenges. This may open the door to many warriors that
need new limbs. Your warriors will walk through fire if they know you have their backs and when they look at those corpsman to help, those corpsman perform miracles. Only in America could someone get this medical attention!
The Marine Corps stepped up to be the first
to allow women try out for infantry positions last year well ahead of the other
branches. The Marine Corps recommended to Washington that it’s not a good idea.
Today, the Marine Corps made it official that women may be in some combat roles
and it also said some wont.
"We can't afford to lower
standards," he said. "We can't make adjustments on what's required on
the battlefield.

so his dad who gave everything in Afghanistan for this country could read it. Although the USAF flew that F-22 a little higher than
usual that day, I have it on exceptional good word that his dad did get & read the letter just
fine and wanted me to pass along that he is proud of you Mac and your
mother. How do I know he read Mac's

"Mac" Gallegos was only 5 when his father, Army Sgt. Justin Gallegos,
was killed in Afghanistan in 2009. Not a day goes by that he doesn't
think about him. On days like Jan. 24, his father's 31st birthday, he
has found a special way to celebrate his birthday and honor his memory.
"As
Mac has gotten older we have turned it into a day where we do "Acts of
Service" for others. It is important for us to remember Justin and
celebrate his life."
I recently did a post about your military being crushed this
year. Dragged, dropped smashed down to nothing. On top of that, all of those
that went & defended their country and being dumped will saturate the job
market in yet a stellar economy. Below is what has already been posted, the
beginning of the Marine Corps crushing.
The Marine Corps tested females in front line combat units
aka Infantry. The Marine Corps did not lower the standard and allowed females
to participate and qualify for the infantry officers course. The Marine Corps
passed to congress and higher that it would not be a good idea ton implement women into the infantry. What does the
Marine Corps know? They only have been fighting our nations wars, that's all. Well, to already
cluster strike an idea that apparently everyone in the room already knows the
results except those in DC, a female Marine gives her two cents. But hey, it’s
only another Marine telling everyone, it’s a bad idea. Let’s do it anyway!!! Brilliant.

As you may be aware, the Gov
wants to restrict, deny or some may even say constrain the type of weapon you
as an American can have.

infantry battalions, surely we would have heard that news by now,” she
said.
An organization that promotes high standards and sound priorities in
the military is blasting “lame-duck” Defense Secretary Leon Panetta for
opening combat positions to women.
Elaine Donnelly of the Center for Military Readiness said the move compromises the aim of having the most trained, most skilled and best-performing military.
Generals McChrystal, Ham, Petraeus (questionable),
McKiernan, Admiral Gaouette. Does anyone else see what is happening? I spoke about it here as your military is isn’t
changing, its already changed as many good warriors are jumping ship. Some don’t
have the option. This General, this American deserved better.
“Of course, a president has every
right to choose the generals he wants, but it is also the case that he
usually gets the generals he deserves,” Owens notes.
“By pushing Mattis overboard, the
administration is sending a message that it doesn’t want smart,
independently minded generals who speak candidly to their civilian
leaders. The message that generals and admirals may receive that they
should go along to get along, which is a bad message for the health of
U.S. civil-military relations,” Owens concludes.
Furthermore,
the "jumping ship" from the military has already began as early as
last December (mass exit). I know several dozen Marines in all ranks (Pvt - BGen) that
are packing it in because of the current administration and the
direction it is going. Many, many of those (and I'm talking in the
hundreds) are combat hardened warriors that served in both Iraq and
Afghanistan. YOUR Marine Corps is already changing at a cyclic speed and
the American people don't even know it.
Wait until Feb when the Marine Corps lays of 200,00 then more in
March and even more in the following months as we have already been
instructed. The cuts to America's military is going to be massive and
will continue throughout 2013-14. One might ask, what kind of Marines
will be in the Marine Corps if that majority of combat hardened warriors
are getting out? What will the unemployment numbers in America look
like after 20,000 Marines in Feb, March, April hit the streets looking
for a job?
