Gang-

A regular visitor here and a good friend since I was sent to Afghanistan back in the day has passed away. Big Bro Jim as he posts was not only a patriotic man but a warrior for justice. He will be missed.  Please keep him and his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I always enjoyed his comments. Will certainly keep his family and friends in my prayers. Take good care, Maj. P!

I, too, will miss Big Bro Jim. He had some great comments and I knew he was a true patriot. God bless him. He will be missed. Thanks for letting us know.

11pm Eastern Big Bro Jim's time to toast and salute the troops!
And tonight to Jim as well!
Sleep Well Marine!

A true patriot and great man has passed. We will all miss you. Prayers to your family and friends.

Do you know the details of his death?

I will miss him a lot, he was a great guy.

He for sure said it like how he saw it! He didn't take crap off of anyone that is for sure, but he also was such a softy! He was wonderful to Taylor and to the many many MANY he sent care packages to. You never knew what you were going to get when that email came in and he made us laugh all the time, he will be greatly missed.

I will miss him too.

See you on the other side Bro.

I know I will find you in the slopchute, the first round is on me.

Bye Big Bro Jim. You will be missed here.

BBJ was one great American. He loved his family, his country and our military more than himself. Jim served this nation in the Marine Corps during the Viet Nam era. He was bound and determined that our deployed military would KNOW they were appreciated and loved.

His heart was bigger than any I know. He held each person he supported in their own special place in his heart.

There is a huge void in our world today with the passing of this great man. The dynamics of heaven must really have changed on Friday when Jim passed through the gates.

I miss you Jim!

His family and friends are in my thoughts.

Only time moves on to the next scene, memories stay in the heart forever.......

Big Bro Jim filled many hearts with great memories...

I miss him very much.I know this blog meant alot to him.
