Thanks, Bud. A graphic reminder of the many heroes who selflessly serve our country. Particularly striking - the Purple Heart awards to the Enlisted. I'm grateful to folks like Gunnutt, the Bells, Mary Ann, Agnesieka, Andi, et al who make sure these troops in places like Landstahl and Walter Reed are not alone.

Yes, I see a trip to Bethesda in my near future. God help the Pinkos if they are there!

An excellent reminder. Hard to believe when looking at a number, that every single one represents an amazing human being.

Congrats to those that actually deserved the Meals... but it ASTOUNDS me that there are almost 4 TIMES as many bronze stars WITHOUT "V" awarded to officers than to enlisted WITH "V" and about 10 TIMES as many for officers as enlisted w/o "V"... It's shameful, shameful, shameful. I cannot even begin to imagine what "meritorious acts" all those officers did to earn a Bronze w/o V (what, serve w/o an "O Club"?)... Seems it is now expected for the "point" value on the next promo round... cheapens the medal I tell you. (how many total USMC officers have served in OIF and OEF... and how many enlisted? The percentages tell the story... (it's even worse in the Army)

Those are impressive numbers, and each one is a Hero in my book.
That includes the Heros that aren't always recognized.
God bless them all!
